1. Handle updates regarding order status, shipment tracking, and estimated delivery scheduling in day-to day commerce operations
2. Formulate customer acquisition strategies, handle customer queries and follow-ups, and manage and resolve shipping-related issues
3. Create and manage shipments on a daily basis, coordinating with third-party logistics
4. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when dealing with customers
5. Monitor and supervise process chain through multiple tools and services
Other requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a decent command of the English and Hindi languages.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
4. Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms.
5. Availability to work full time, 8 hours per day, with a flexible schedule.
