Junior Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
2. Employ proactive strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessing not only technical skills but also cultural fit and long-term potential within the organization
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective interview processes and evaluation criteria
5. Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and team members to understand business needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
6. Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize the recruitment process continuously

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
3. 3 months to 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, with a track record of successful placements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Work shift: 10:30 am-7:30 pm
Week offs: Saturday
