Key responsibilities :
1. Sourcing and screening: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
2. Interview coordination: Schedule and manage candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
3.Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates to create a pipeline of qualified talent
4.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies

1. Should have experience working on portals
