Key responsibilities:
1. Handling complete recruitment life cycle for clients in US
2. Handling different types of healthcare requirements
3. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
Note:
Shift timings - 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM
1. The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills
2. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-fast-paced & metrics-driven environment
3. Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms
4. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
5. Work with other departments as required
6. Should have expertise in US Healthcare Staffing Recruitment life cycle
7. Experience working with VMS is a Big Plus
8. Required Candidate profile:
9. Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
10. Excellent communication and writing Skills
11. Should have experience in various Healthcare requirements like Travel Nurse RN, LPN, ST, RT, CNA, etc
12. Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks with the nurses
13. Somebody who Has experience with US sales and Handling Us customers
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
