Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Curation
- Develop a content plan that aligns with our brand's niche, focusing on Reels, Stories, and posts that appeal to our target audience.
- Curate and repost high-engagement TikTok content tailored for Instagram with custom effects, filters, and captions.

2. Engagement & Community Building
- Drive engagement by implementing polls, questions, and interaction prompts in captions and Stories.
- Monitor and respond to follower engagement to foster a strong, interactive community.

3. Account Optimization
- Optimize the Explore Page through daily engagement with similar accounts, and implement keyword strategies to enhance video discoverability.
- Regularly refresh and pin top-performing content to increase profile visibility.

4. Analytics & Insights
- Track growth metrics such as follower count, engagement rate, and reach, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth goals.
- Report insights and make data-driven recommendations to refine and optimize our Instagram strategy.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
