We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy 'social media manager' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media content across various platforms, ensuring the company's online presence is engaging, consistent, and aligns with our brand identity. This role involves content scheduling, uploading, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
1. Upload content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Ensure timely posting and adherence to the content calendar.
3. Monitor the performance of posts and provide insights for optimization.
4. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
6. Analyze and report social media metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.) on a regular basis.
7. Develop strategies to grow followers and improve engagement rates.
8. Manage social media tools and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
1. Candidate must be available to work from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Gulf Standard Time)

1. Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
3. Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
4. Understanding of social media metrics and performance tracking.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Creativity and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
7. Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
