Junior Social Media Marketing Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media manager and content writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, with a keen understanding of various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and more. The social media manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, and coordinating with graphic designers and other stakeholders to execute effective social media campaigns. This role requires excellent copywriting skills, research abilities, basic design knowledge, and proactive client communication.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
2. Monitor and engage with our online community across different platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
4. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to inform content strategies and campaign ideas.
6. Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely creation and delivery of content assets.
7. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on campaign performance, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
