Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to fulfill staffing requirements across all areas
2. Develop and manage multiple source channels
3. Manage the team for the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates till onboarding
4. Do effective coordination with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
6. Implement innovative strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent to the organization
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8. Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
