1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (e.g., business, marketing, communications, etc.) is required.
2. Experience: No prior experience in recruiting is required – training will be provided.
3. Previous experience in recruitment or sales (especially in IT) is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates.
6. Basic knowledge of US visa types (e.g., H-1B, L-1, etc.) is helpful but not required.
7. Ability to engage candidates and quickly assess their interest and fit for roles.
8. Interest in IT recruitment or technology-related roles.
9. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
10. A proactive, positive attitude, and a strong desire to help candidates through the hiring process.
