About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Resume sourcing: Use job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), resume databases, and social media platforms to find qualified candidates for open IT roles.
2. Candidate engagement: Reach out to sourced candidates, engage them about open positions, and build interest in applying.
3. Job promotion: Share job descriptions and company details with candidates to encourage them to apply and move forward in the recruitment process.
4. Pre-screening: Conduct initial phone or email screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest in the position.
5. Offer management: Guide candidates through the offer process, providing necessary details and answering any questions they have to help them accept the job offer.
6. Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
7. Reporting: Track candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on sourcing activities and hiring metrics.

Other requirements

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (e.g., business, marketing, communications, etc.) is required.

2. Experience: No prior experience in recruiting is required – training will be provided.

3. Previous experience in recruitment or sales (especially in IT) is a plus but not mandatory.

4. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates.

6. Basic knowledge of US visa types (e.g., H-1B, L-1, etc.) is helpful but not required.

7. Ability to engage candidates and quickly assess their interest and fit for roles.

8. Interest in IT recruitment or technology-related roles.

9. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.

10. A proactive, positive attitude, and a strong desire to help candidates through the hiring process.

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
