Language Interpreter (Bengali – English) Fresher Job (Remote)

WeHire Talent Solutions is seeking Indian Bengali speakers with excellent English communication skills to join our team as Language Interpreters. This role involves facilitating seamless verbal communication between clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in interpretation. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a bridge between two clients:
- Client 1: A US or Canada-based English speaker
- Client 2: An India-based Bengali speaker
2. Interpret conversations fluently and accurately between Bengali and English
3. Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity while conveying messages
4. Ensure clarity and accuracy in communication to avoid misinterpretation
5. Handle both voice and video-based interpretation as required

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Mandatory: Only Indian Bengali speakers with strong English proficiency
2. Candidates must have a non-technical educational background
3. If the candidate holds a technical degree, prior non-technical work experience is required

Job details:

1. Job Type: Remote (Work from Home)
2. Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
3. Shift Timings: Night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts (including video calls)
4. Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and last drawn salary)
