Language Interpreter (Tamil – English) Fresher Job (Remote)

WeHire Talent Solutions is looking for Indian Tamil speakers with exceptional English communication skills to join our team as Language Interpreters. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate smooth verbal communication between clients while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between two individuals:
- Client 1: A US or Canada-based English speaker
- Client 2: An India-based Tamil speaker
2. Accurately translate spoken conversations between Tamil and English
3. Uphold professionalism and cultural relevance while delivering messages
4.Guarantee clear and precise communication to prevent misinterpretation
5. Handle both voice and video-based interpretation as per requirements


Eligibility Requirements:

1. Essential: Only Indian Tamil speakers with a strong command of English
2. Candidates must be from a non-technical academic background
3. If the candidate has a technical qualification, their past work experience must be in a non-technical role

Job details:
1. Employment Type: Remote (Work from Home)
2. Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
3. Shift Timings: Night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts (including video calls)
4. Compensation: Up to 45,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and last drawn salary)
