WeHire Talent Solutions presents an exciting opportunity for a work-from-home role as a Language Interpreter (Urdu - English).

We are seeking Indian Urdu speakers with excellent English communication skills to ensure smooth communication between clients. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate verbal communication between two clients:
- Client 1: A US or Canada-based English speaker
- Client 2: An India-based Urdu speaker
2. Accurately interpret spoken conversations between Urdu and English.
3. Ensure communication is clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate.

Mandatory requirement:
After joining, candidates must visit our Gurgaon Head Office in Delhi after 7 weeks for one day to collect the desktop provided by the company. This is compulsory.

Job Details:
1. Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
2. Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
3. Shifts: Night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts (including video calls)
4. Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and previous salary)
