Language Interpreter (Urdu – English) Fresher Job (Remote)

We are looking for Indian Urdu speakers with excellent English communication skills to assist in facilitating smooth conversations between clients. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate verbal communication between two clients:
- Client 1: A US or Canada-based English speaker
- Client 2: An India-based Urdu speaker
2. Accurately interpret spoken conversations between Urdu and English.
3. Ensure communication is clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Required: Indian Urdu speakers with strong English proficiency
2. Non-technical educational background preferred.
3. Candidates with technical education must have prior non-technical work experience.
4. Not Eligible: Lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, or teachers.
5. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as candidates will be engaging with US-based clients.

Job Details:

1. Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
2. Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off
3. Shifts: Night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts (including video calls)
4. Salary: Up to INR 35,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and last drawn salary)
5. Mandatory Requirement: After joining, candidates must visit our Gurgaon Head Office (Delhi) after seven weeks for one day to collect a desktop provided by the company. This is compulsory.
