About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle dispute resolution in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation & arbitration
2. Provide legal support in cases involving dispute resolution processes
3. Draft and file applications, including those for recovery suits
4. Prepare and send legal notices as required
5. Manage case registration and FIR registration
6. Attend court dates and represent clients as needed
7. Maintain accurate records of court proceedings and legal documentation
8. Utilize knowledge and experience gained during internships
9. Apply practical experience in dispute resolution to current cases
10. Ensure possession of a valid license to practice law
11. Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs
12. Provide legal advice and guidance on dispute resolution matters

1. Have 1 to 3 years of experience

2. Possess work experience practicing law

3. Be located in Delhi

4. Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal

5. Hold a graduate degree and have cleared the bar examination
