We are seeking a talented and passionate localization manager (Urdu) to join our dynamic and growing team at Graveiens Eduservices Private Limited. As a localization manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and culturally appropriate translation of our educational content into Urdu. If you have excellent Urdu proficiency, both spoken and written, coupled with a strong background in translation, then this role is perfect for you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end localization process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate translation of our educational materials into Urdu
2. Review and proofread translated content, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and adherence to the company's standards
3. Conduct linguistic testing to ensure the localized content is culturally appropriate and resonates with the Urdu-speaking audience
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and maintain glossaries, style guides, and terminology databases to ensure consistency in localization efforts
5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in localization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our localization processes
6. Provide guidance and support to the content creation team on cultural nuances and sensitivities, ensuring the educational content is relevant and engaging for Urdu-speaking learners
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of the localized content, gathering feedback from users and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the localization process
