Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation & target achievement:
a. Independently generate sales leads through various channels.
b. Achieve monthly targets of 15 admissions for the Agumentik Special Program.

2. Effective communication:
a. Engage with students and parents to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
b. Provide accurate and timely information regarding admission processes, courses, and placement opportunities.

3. Goal-oriented approach:
a. Work diligently to achieve admission goals within specified timelines.
b. Represent Agumentik professionally and ethically in all interactions.

4. Collaborative execution:
a. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process for enrolled students.
b. Plan and execute paid workshops to enhance outreach and add value to potential students.

5. Partnerships & outreach:
a. Facilitate MOUs with schools, colleges, and universities to establish partnerships.
b. Build strong relationships with local leaders, influencers, and educators for regular referrals and workshop organization.

6. Travel & counseling: Be prepared to travel as needed to meet students and parents face-to-face for counseling and admissions.

7. Record maintenance: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions.

We are hiring management trainees - sales to join our team across India. If youre passionate about education and have the skills to drive admissions, we want to hear from you!

Eligibility:

1. 2023, 2024, & 2025 graduates from Diploma, UG, or PG programs across any stream.

2. Knowledge of lead generation, strategic planning, and MS Office.

3. Excellent storytelling and convincing skills.

4. Proficiency in Regional Language + Hindi/English.

Experience required: Freshers or those with internship experience in admission consultancy, insurance, BPO, CASA, or Edtech sectors.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 /year
