Marketing Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collect orders of medicines from Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra (PMBJK) stores
2. Ensure collection of payments and manage outstanding dues from respective Kendra
3. Regularly gather feedback from store owners and managers regarding issues and queries
4. Address and solve problems received from PMBJK owners or applicants
5. Achieve assigned sales targets and order numbers (both unique Kendra and value) each month
6. Perform joint calls with PMBI Medical Officers (MOs) to PMBJK related to Point of Sale (POS) and other concerns
7. Prepare daily activity reports and maintain data on sales, service, and targets
8. Explain the loan process provided by Fintech, including the required documents
9. Collect and manage necessary documents for the loan process
10. Perform other duties as assigned by seniors and management to increase sales and orders

Requirements:

1. Ability to work from home with the necessity to visit PMBJK stores and retailers across the state
2. Regular visits to client meetings are required
3. Strong convincing power and persuasive skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Graduation is compulsory
6. Must possess a laptop and bike
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
8. Experience: 0 to 2 years

1. Two/four wheelers and laptops are required for this role
2. Travelling allowance/daily allowance are provided as extras
