Operations Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to assist in the day-to-day operations of our business with a focus on organization and attention to detail. They will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting in day-to-day activities of the business
2. Preparing daily customer delivery orders and achieving order fulfillment standards
3. Managing data and generating reports
4. Coordinating with different internal departments
5. Interacting with customers and handling after-sales operations
6. Monitoring and tracking inventory levels, and placing orders as needed
7. Providing administrative support, including data entry and document management
8. Working with the team on project expansions
9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations activities
10. Continuously working on improving processes and procedures for more efficiency

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with numbers
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
3. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
4. Comfortable working from home independently with minimal supervision
5. Proficient in using Google Sheets & formulas
6. Available for a duration of at least 6 months
7. Strong problem-solving abilities
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
