As a para mortgage broker, you will assist our mortgage brokers based in Sydney in providing exceptional service to clients, processing loan applications, and maintaining relationships with lenders and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist mortgage brokers with loan applications, pre-approvals, and settlements
2. Gather and verify client documentation, credit reports, and loan information
3. Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders
4. Communicate with lenders, and stakeholders via phone, email
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, lender policies, and regulatory changes
6. Meet productivity and quality targets

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
