We are seeking a proactive and organized virtual assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US real estate market and be comfortable building relationships with agents, contractors, and lenders through effective communication. Key responsibilities include conducting web research, managing tasks, and using various tools to streamline operations. Excellent English-speaking skills, a passion for real estate, and a quick ability to learn new tools are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and lenders.
2. Conduct thorough web research on market trends, properties, and contacts.
3. Assist with organizing tasks, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
4. Coordinate the buy/sell/fixes of the properties.
5. Use various real estate tools and productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone with an interest in real estate who enjoys a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,00,000 /year
