Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the desired user experience
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that the end product meets user needs and expectations
3. Develop and maintain UI guidelines and design patterns to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across our product suite
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement
6. Assist in creating and refining user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process and optimize user flows
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business goals into intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity
