Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI/ML Head, InstaFarm Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

InstaFarm is seeking a technical leader to build and scale our AI-driven B2B platform. As CTO (AI/ML Head), you'll drive our AI roadmap, optimize machine learning models, and ensure smooth platform execution. This is an equity-only, remote, part-time opportunity ideal for AI/ML enthusiasts looking to lead innovation in AgTech.

Key responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Development & Strategy - Build AI models for food surplus prediction, supply chain optimization, and market intelligence.
2. Tech Stack & Product Development - Oversee full-stack product development, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making - Implement data analytics to enhance platform performance.
4. Team Collaboration & Leadership - Work with operations and business teams to integrate AI solutions into InstaFarm's ecosystem.
5. Security & Compliance - Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and seamless AI integration.

Who Should Apply?

Freshers & early-stage professionals (0-3 years experience) with AI/ML, data science, or software engineering expertise.
Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Passion for AI applications in AgTech, supply chain, and ClimateTech.
Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset is a bonus.
