Key responsibilities:
1. Work on online consultative selling to generate leads and conversions
2. Handle operations, logistics, and technical aspects of online events
3. Work on telecalling to engage with customers, resolve queries, and close sales
4. Work on meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 5,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
