Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
2. Monitoring and managing our social media handles, engaging with our audience, and creating meaningful interactions
3. Managing the return process portal
4. Providing feedback from customers and social media interactions to relevant departments to improve our products and services
