Front End Developer Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Part-Time UI/UX Engineer (Vite + React + TypeScript) - Remote

Compensation: 20K/month to 40K/month (based on availability and skillset)

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup shaping the future of quantitative research and retail investing. We are looking for a talented and passionate Part-Time UI/UX Engineer with React experience to design and develop the frontend of our platform. This is a fully remote role where you'll work on your own laptop, contributing 20-40 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

You'll be responsible for creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface while ensuring minimal effort for users to complete tasks. If you're a self-starter who loves crafting smooth, efficient user experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop an intuitive UI using React, leveraging ShadCN and Tailwind CSS for a modern, responsive design.
- Focus on optimizing user workflows by minimizing steps/clicks required to complete tasks.
- Build a no-code workflow UI that allows users to define rule-based strategies using AND/OR clauses.
- Collaborate independently to contribute innovative ideas that enhance the overall user experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in React and front-end development via projects or otherwise
- A strong design sense ability to create clean, functional UI/UX without relying on wireframes.
- Logical and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of user workflows.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working remotely and delivering consistent results.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with no-code platforms or UIs focused on complex workflows.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with trading/financial platforms (not mandatory but highly beneficial)
