About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality mockup templates for various print-on-demand products
2. Customize and improve existing mockup templates based on customer feedback and industry trends
3. Create professional mockups for Mockup Generation service orders
4. Ensure mockups meet customer specifications and are delivered timely
5. Assist customers with issues related to mockup templates
6. Provide guidance on best practices for using Photoshop to create mockups
7. Create screencast videos to explain design-related issues and resolutions
8. Identify opportunities for new content (YouTube videos, blog posts) based on common customer inquiries
9. Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging tutorials and articles
10. Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and print-on-demand industry
11. Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our design offerings
12. Contribute to the creation and updating of help documents
13. Send weekly reports on completed design tasks and their status
14. Include new content ideas for our content team
15. Suggest improvements to our help documents
16. Deliver high-quality mockup designs that exceed customer expectations
17. Continuously innovate and improve our mockup templates to stay ahead in the market
