1. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
2. Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and providing information on company policies and procedures
3. Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling workshops and seminars and tracking employee participation
5. Support the performance management process by assisting with employee evaluations, goal setting, and guiding performance improvement plans
6. Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts
7. Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant
