Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and requirements
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including task deadlines, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure smooth project execution
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
5. Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and budget updates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
6. Assist in resource management, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely availability of required resources
7. Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing process improvements to enhance future project delivery
