Payroll Manager Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
2. Manage and oversee timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours.
3. Handle all payroll-related tax filings, including quarterly and annual returns. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
4. Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, accounting, and auditing purposes.
5. Address and resolve payroll-related queries or issues raised by employees. Ensure proper classification of employees (e.g., exempt vs. non-exempt) in accordance with labor laws. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date.
6. Assist in preparing for internal and external payroll audits.
