We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating 3D models of buildings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Each 3D model consists of multiple units, and you will be compensated on a per-unit basis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings using BIM software
2. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications
3. Design individual units within each building, ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications
4. Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones
5. Revise and update 3D models as needed based on feedback from stakeholders
6. Ensure all models are accurate, complete, and comply with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
2. Knowledge of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs
3. Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

1. No prior experience is required; training will be provided
