3. Helping customers complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
4. Providing information about our company's services and offerings.
5. Resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
