Telecaller Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products/services. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kick-start their careers in customer service or sales.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and professional approach during conversations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Good communication skills in [language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
