3. Scheduling appointments: Effectively manage and organize the appointment calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and timely reminders for our clients and staff
4. Assisting with administrative tasks: Support various departments by managing mail and packages, keeping inventory of office supplies, and performing general clerical duties
5. Resolving client inquiries: Act as the first point of contact in addressing client concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
