About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call customers and conduct survey feedback over the phone (no sales or marketing involved)
2. Handle outbound calls efficiently, with each call averaging around one minute
3. Work a minimum of 6 hours daily between 10 AM and 8 PM

Additional information:

1. Only female candidates are eligible for this job
2. This is a permanent work-from-home position
3. Freshers, experienced professionals, students, and housewives can apply
4. Candidates must have an Android mobile phone with an inbuilt call-recording feature
5. Fluency in Hindi and any one regional language (e.g., Odia, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Marwari, Punjabi, English, etc.) is mandatory
6. The working days are Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as a holiday
