We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Graphic Designer/Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our web applications. Your expertise in Figma, React, Node.js, and Python will be essential in creating visually appealing and highly functional designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
2. Develop responsive web applications using React, collaborating with backend developers to integrate with Node.js and Python services.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web development, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, and experience with React for frontend development.
4. Familiarity with Node.js and Python for backend integration is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
