10. Create short-form content such as trailers, reels, and highlights from existing footage
11. Adapt and repurpose existing material to suit various platforms' format requirements and audience preferences
12. Optimize content for SEO and engagement on different platforms
13. Ensure all videos maintain a consistent look and feel, adhering to brand guidelines
14. Incorporate compelling storytelling techniques to connect with the audience
15. Enhance video footage with appropriate color correction, audio adjustments, and background music
16. Deliver different versions of videos as needed (full-length clips, social media-specific formats)
17. Collaborate closely with the coaching team to understand content goals, audience, and messaging
18. Make necessary adjustments based on feedback, maintaining high communication throughout the editing process
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with business, coaching, or educational content
2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and content marketing strategies
4. Ability to edit and optimize video for different platforms (websites, social media, LMS platforms)
5. Familiarity with adding motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
6. Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound mixing
7. Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
8. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions
9. Experience with repurposing content for various digital channels is a plus
