About the job

Key responsibilities:


1. Monitor and respond to incoming emails from potential customers and leads.
2. Add qualified leads to the CRM system, ensuring all details are accurately logged.
3. Follow up with leads via email and other communication channels to nurture it provide timely and clear responses to inquiries regarding our services.
4. Provide timely and clear responses to inquiries regarding our services.
5. Coordinate online interactions via email or Discord to address any questions leads may have.
6. Assist in setting up meetings or calls for final sales conversion by the founder.
7. Draft and send out initial responses to potential clients based on provided templates and FAQs.
8. Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services based on client needs.
9. Manage lead pipeline effectively and keep all stakeholders informed of lead status and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate in a friendly, professional, and articulate manner.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) or a quick learner able to adapt to new tools quickly.
- Customer Service Skills: Experience in handling customer queries, providing solutions, and nurturing leads to conversion.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, messaging tools like Discord, and other remote work tools.
- Sales/Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of sales processes and customer psychology is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, proactively follow up with leads, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
