2. Manage, Prioritize and Maintain calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Utilize CRM software to keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records.
5. Assist in drafting and editing professional documents and emails.
6. Implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
7. Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
8. Following up on tasks assigned to employees on behalf of the CEO
9. Making meeting notes, preferably with AI-based Apps
