Payroll Analyst Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and administer the client's Payroll shared services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly and weekly payroll activities.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
3. Oversee all aspects of payroll processing and administration.
4. Manage specific time-sensitive processes, ensuring data validation for accuracy and integrity.
5. Meet deadlines for salary disbursement and ensure statutory compliance.
6. Administer employee benefits and reimbursements in accordance with income tax regulations.
7. Prepare management information systems (MIS) and analytics related to payroll and employee benefits, standardizing reports for informed decision-making.
8. Conduct verification and reconciliation of monthly and weekly payroll.

Qualifications:

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Capable of building and managing effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
5. Proficient in MS Excel.
