Production Support Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. React to various monitoring and alerting systems for implementations across cloud vendors
2. Work on Shell scripting, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Cloud monitoring tools
3. React to alerts and actioning, perform initial triage, follow SOP and escalate as needed
4. Maintain awareness of issue status after handing off to other teams
5. Provide root cause analysis as required internally
6. Work with the development and systems teams to streamline processes and communication
7. Assess patterns in support tickets, requests, and alerts helping to increase efficiencies of training and support
8. Identify and implement areas lacking automation
9. This will be a shift-based role with night and weekend activities (Roster)
