As a 'PR Representative' at Webiniser Ltd., you will shape and deliver our public image, ensuring we maintain a strong brand presence in traditional and digital media. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to create compelling narratives about our AI and web solutions. Your goal is to forge relationships with journalists, influencers, industry experts, and the public, positioning Webiniser as a trusted, high-impact tech partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Relations
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and coordinate press briefings.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and backgrounders.
2. Strategic Communication & Messaging
- Craft compelling brand stories and key messages for external audiences.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent narratives about new products, initiatives, and brand values.
- Monitor industry trends to proactively shape content that resonates with target audiences.
3. Public Events & Campaigns
- Plan and execute PR campaigns around product launches, corporate announcements, and special events.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, webinars, and panel discussions for the Webiniser's leadership.
- Manage event logistics in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, etc.).
4. Reputation & Crisis Management
- Track brand sentiment, monitor social media chatter, and generate timely reports on public perception.
- Devise swift action plans in case of negative publicity or crisis scenarios.
- Maintain brand integrity through consistent messaging and issue management strategies.
5. Content Development
- Write and edit press releases, website copy, blog posts, Q&As, and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to shape technology-focused articles (e.g., AI, web dev insights).
- Update media assets (fact sheets, executive bios) and maintain the company press page.
6. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Legal) to ensure alignment on corporate announcements.
- Create and track measurable PR goals (media coverage volume, sentiment analysis, brand awareness).
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis.
