About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform quality checks on localized documents
2. Ensure client guidelines are followed
3. Perform quality checks on e-learning courses
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (other departments like digital publishing, PMs, and engineers)
5. Assist PM in sending feedback to linguists
6. Review LQA comments
7. Participate in planning and monitoring
8. Ensure the deliverables (localized contents/items) are 100% of defined quality standards
9. Perform other secondary roles and responsibilities
10. Bring in new technology to improve the quality process
11. Be open to learning new tools
12. Help PM/sales in providing estimations

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) HTML Problem Solving XML

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn HTML

Learn Business Communication

Learn Git & Github

Other requirements

1. A Computer Science degree/relevant degree in a technical field or B.Sc

2. Knowledge of IT systems, desktop publishing software, website development, or multimedia

3. Know-how of various software in general

4. Basic knowledge of XML/HTML technology (not coding level)

5. Good level of spoken and written English (must)

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills (must)

7. Investigating nature (preferred)

8. Readiness to learn new skills, technologies, and platforms

9. Be available for after-hours shift work

10. Good comprehensive skills

11. Previous experience with the localization industry (added advantage)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,60,000 /year
