About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client hiring needs and job requirements.
2. Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
7. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
8. Provide regular updates on recruitment activities.

Location: Remote (work from home)
Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)

Probation period:

1. One-month probation.
2. Salary during probation will be per selection, ranging from 1,000 per selection.

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Recruitment

Other requirements

1. 1+ year of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment (EdTech background is a plus).

2. Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

3. Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.
