Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates for PAN India
2. Update job ads and maintain a comprehensive database for 5-10 hires per month
3. Conduct cold calls to address urgent company needs for talent acquisition
4. Cultivate and expand a pool of qualified candidates for future roles, leveraging networking skills
5. Align job seekers with suitable job openings
6. Coordinate 50+ candidates monthly for lateral and middle-level positions
7. Meet weekly quotas for calls and emails, ensuring ongoing joinings are maintained

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources
2. Effective communication skills
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
5. High energy and passion for recruitment
6. Demonstrated ability to meet targets

Additional information:

1. Salary bracket: 15,000 - 25,000/- INR plus Incentives
2. Office Timing: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
3. Working days: Monday - Saturday
