Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
2. Work on sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks)
3. Work on screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
5. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
6. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent
7. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
8. Work on staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
9. Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation sessions
