Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
2. Work closely with the recruitment team to source qualified candidates for open roles.
3. Utilize job boards, social media, and various online tools to research and identify potential candidates for client openings.
4. Perform comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume review and phone screenings, using a structured evaluation framework.
5. Engage with candidates to gather additional information as needed.
6. Maintain precise records of candidate evaluations and feedback.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
