Remote Human Resource Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & staffing: Creating job descriptions and advertising job openings via various means to attract qualified candidates.
2. Facilitate onboarding: Organizing orientation programs to introduce new hires to the policies, culture and procedure of the organization.
3. Employee relation: Ensuring smooth communication and developing various employee engagement programs and activities to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and motivation.
4.HR database management: Efficiently using different HR Software and MS Office to record and maintain the data.
5. Performance management: Conducting appraisals, setting goals and managing disciplinary actions.
