Sales Chat Agent Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Chat and close sales (100% chat, no calls) to help customers through messaging and convert them into buyers
2. Understand customer needs, engage with customers, ask the right questions, and recommend the best products/services
3. Provide clear information and answer queries about pricing, offers, and promotions in a professional and persuasive manner
4. Assist in purchases guide customers through the buying process and handle objections smoothly
5. Follow up and build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and re-engage leads who didn't buy initially
6. Hit sales targets and work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with full support from the team
7. Maintain professionalism and keep interactions polite, persuasive, and result-driven
8. Attend daily training and coaching calls and join short calls with the team to improve sales skills, learn new strategies, and stay updated
