About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing growth strategies and plans
2. Managing communication through excellent English communication
3. Scheduling and attending client meetings, ensuring that the number of meetings meets targets as set by management
4. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
5. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
6. Reporting on sales, activity, and performance as required by the sales director
7. Identifying critical & less critical activities & projects
8. Spending time & the time of others on what's essential
9. Meeting goals & deadlines
10. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
11. Working closely with the business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and helping the team to achieve targets
12. Contributing to healthy competition within the business development team
13. Developing solid and effective working relationships with the account management teams
14. Adhering to company policies and procedures and the corporate code of conduct
15. Acting in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people

Skills & requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience

Other requirements

1. Must have a laptop/desktop: Since much of the work might involve computer-based tasks such as managing CRM software, sending emails, and generating reports, having a reliable laptop or desktop computer is essential for effective performance

Should be open to hopping on calls with the CEO as he works in the MST zone: As the CEO works in the MST (Mountain Standard Time) zone, the ideal candidate should be flexible and open to hopping on calls with the CEO. This requirement indicates the need for adaptability to different time zones and effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently across distances
