About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the Physical Therapy industry (Physical Therapy clinics,APTA,Other PT networks).
2. Engage with Physical Therapy clinics using our innovative and distinct product values.
3. Skillfully address and resolve sales objections as and when required in the prospecting process.
4. Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to target the right accounts to drive pipeline and revenue goals.
5. Utilise various lead generation tools like Apollo ZoomInfo, and market research techniques (e.g., social selling, cold calling, email marketing) to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
6. Engage with leads through personalised outreach and conversations to understand their needs and challenges
7. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they are ready for handoff to the sales team.
8. Maintain and update HubSpot with accurate and up-to-date interactions and lead information.
9. Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep unqualified leads engaged until they are ready for qualification.
10. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices
11. Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless lead handoff and customer experience.
12. The SDR should own his/her numbers and should diligently meet or exceed the given target.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within the healthcare/medical insurance/physical therapy industry.

2. Previous experience in market research would be highly preferred as well.

3. Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification goals.

4. Strong market research skills with the ability to identify and analyse industry trends and competitor landscapes.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.

6. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

8. Experience with lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,Lusha etc) is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
