1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within the healthcare/medical insurance/physical therapy industry.
2. Previous experience in market research would be highly preferred as well.
3. Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification goals.
4. Strong market research skills with the ability to identify and analyse industry trends and competitor landscapes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
6. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
8. Experience with lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,Lusha etc) is a plus.
